Guides Blum TANDEM plus full extension (30kg) with BLUMOTION closer (set with locks). How to make and install a drawer for tandem or movento

Well, I finally got to the real high-quality (and expensive) fittings from Blum. Consider installing components such as drawers on a tandem full extension system.

They differ from tandems in the same way as roller guides differ from metaboxes. They serve only for mounting already assembled boxes.

The kit for one drawer includes a pair of rails with integrated closers, as well as a pair of locks (left and right which are SELLED SEPARATELY (do not forget to buy).

The boxes for the tandem system themselves have a number of features. Let's start with the calculations, they, as usual, are unique to each system.

In width we are repelled from the width of the box drawer front wall (inset) in width should be box clearance minus 42 mm

The height of the front (rear) wall should be 12-15 mm less than the height of the side walls.

Its height should also not exceed the height of the niche - 7mm (top) - 28 mm (bottom)

Let's move on to the side wall. Its length is calculated based on the length of the guide itself (subtract 10 mm).

The height is 13-15 mm higher than the height of the front wall. If you take the height from the niche, then niche height-7 mm-28mm + 13 mm.

Sizes of the bottom (from DVPO) width = dimensions of the front wall = 16 mm.
 Bottom length
= sidewall length

In addition, a more rigid bottom of 16 mm chipboard is practiced. At the same time, its dimensions should be equal in width to the width of the front wall, and in length by 32 mm less than the length of the side.

When using a thicker chipboard (other than 16 mm), it is necessary to mill the groove, as in the diagram.

Just in case, I’ll give you another diagram, this time a general one.

We collect the box itself. We have already decided on the sizes. A groove must be cut in the side walls. I made it on a milling table with a 3 mm milling cutter, you can successfully order it on a formatter along with a cut or cut it through.

The bottom and side wall should be combined as follows:

We tighten the walls with confirmations, and push the groove in the bottom and fasten it to the front walls with self-tapping screws (we do not put screws on the front from the edges - leaving space for locks).

We fasten the locks (a pair of screws in the front wall so that the lock does not protrude beyond the frontal plane of the box.

A pair of blind holes with a depth of 10 mm is drilled on the back wall (we retreat 11 mm from the bottom edge, also 7 mm from the side (from the edge of the wall, not the box) and the hole diameter is 6 mm.

You do not need to attach any guides to the box and this is very cool.

We pass to the boxes. On the side walls we mark the fastening of the guides. To do this, we retreat 37 mm from the bottom and draw a perpendicular from the front edge. On this line from the same front edge we postpone 37 mm - it's easy to remember))). We get the fastening point of the fourth hole in the upper row (for standard boxes with a false facade). We prick her with an awl.

Now we lay the guide on the marking line so that the aforementioned fourth hole in the upper row is exactly opposite the chopped hole. The rest of the upper row should go exactly above the marking line (that is, it should go in the center of all the holes in the upper row - so, it seems, more understandable).

We twist 2-4 self-tapping screws into the centers of these holes (depending on what you will store in the boxes, more can be done). For control - the distance from the front edge of the rack to the edge of the guide should be 4 mm.

We collect the box.

We extend the guides, put the box on them (locks to ourselves) and push it back until it clicks. That's all, the box sat in its rightful place.

It remains to fasten the facades. I did this traditionally on double-sided tape.

To remove the drawer from the Tandem rails, it is necessary to press on the red parts of the locks, after which it can easily be removed forward and up.

Before using the services of our online store website, please carefully read this Agreement.

This agreement, hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement", is concluded between the Internet store --------------- www..site), hereinafter the "Internet store" or "Site", and the user of the Internet services store, hereinafter referred to as the "Buyer", and determines the conditions for the acquisition of goods through the Site.

1. On the activities of online stores in the Russian Federation.

The legal relations of sale in the Russian Federation are regulated by the Civil Code of the Russian Federation (paragraph 2, “Retail sale and purchase” of Chapter 30). By virtue of paragraph. 3 Article. 492 of this Code to relations under a retail purchase and sale agreement with a citizen buyer not regulated by the Civil Code, the provisions of the Law of February 7, 1992 No. 2300-1 “On Protection of Consumer Rights” apply. Article 26.1 of the said Law (Article 26.1 was introduced into the Law by the Federal Law of the Russian Federation dated December 21, 2004 No. 171-ФЗ, which entered into force on January 9, 2005) establishes that the contract of retail sale can be concluded on the basis of familiarization the consumer with the seller’s description of the goods through catalogs, brochures, booklets, photographs, communications (television, postal, radio communications and others) or in other ways that exclude the possibility of direct acquaintance of the buyer with the goods or his sam ples in the contract (remote method of sale of the goods).

This category also includes Internet commerce, since when ordering a product via the Internet, the buyer is not able to directly get acquainted with the product itself or its sample.

Regulation of this type of trade is carried out on the basis of the Rules for the sale of goods remotely, established by Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 612 of September 27, 2007. The rules for the above-mentioned legislative acts apply to the purchase and sale of goods through online stores.

The sale of goods through the online store occurs on the basis of a retail contract of sale concluded between the seller of the goods and the buyer. In accordance with paragraph 2 of Art. 432 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, the conclusion of such agreements occurs by sending an offer (proposal to conclude an agreement) by one of the parties and its acceptance (acceptance of the proposal) by the other party. Proposals containing all the essential terms of the contract, which can be accepted by anyone who responds, are recognized as a public offer in accordance with Art. 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.

Similarly, an offer of goods on a website on the Internet addressed to an indefinite number of persons is recognized by the current legislation of the Russian Federation as a public offer (clause 1 of article 494 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation), if such an offer contains all the essential conditions of a retail sale and purchase agreement (product name, unit price of goods, directly offer to purchase goods).

In accordance with the all-Russian classifier of economic activities OK 029-2001, approved by the resolution of the Gosstandart of November 6, 2001 No. 454-st, the sale of goods via the Internet is a retail trade carried out through tele-stores and computer networks (code for OKVED 52.61 .2).

Online stores should provide the following information on the site in an accessible for the consumer:

 • offer (conditions for the sale of goods)
 • a set of information for consumers (observance of rights to information about a product, manufacturer, seller), certificates, technical documentation, etc., copies of licenses (if the activity is subject to licensing).

The seller’s obligations to transfer the goods to the buyer arise from the moment he receives the corresponding message from the buyer about his intention to conclude a contract for the purchase of goods (acceptance).

The acceptance of the buyer is the application in which the potential buyer of the goods must indicate the following:

 • name and address of the seller,
 • your surname, name and patronymic (or of another person who is the recipient of the goods),
 • the address to which the goods should be delivered,
 • product name, article, brand, variety, number of items included in the set of purchased goods, price of goods,
 • type of service (when provided), time of its execution and cost,
 • buyer's obligations.

An online store (seller of goods) is obliged to deliver the goods to the place specified by the buyer within the time period established by the contract, and if not specified, at the place of residence of the citizen (paragraph 1 of article 499 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation). In order for a retail sale contract to be considered fulfilled, it is not necessary to transfer the goods directly to its buyer. In the absence of a buyer, the goods can be transferred to any person who presented a receipt or other document proving the conclusion of an agreement or the execution of the delivery of goods (paragraph 2 of article 499 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation).

Ownership of the goods under contracts, including the condition of their delivery by the seller, passes from the seller to the buyer at the time of delivery of the goods to the buyer.

The possibilities of consumer refusal from the goods are specified in paragraph 4 of Art. 26.1 of the Law on Consumer Protection. The buyer has the right to refuse the goods at any time before its transfer, and after the transfer of the goods - within 14 days.

Return of goods of good quality is possible if its presentation, consumer properties, as well as a document confirming the fact and conditions of purchase of the specified goods are preserved. The consumer’s absence of a document confirming the fact and conditions of purchase of the goods does not deprive him of the opportunity to refer to other evidence of the purchase of goods from this seller.

At the same time, the consumer is not entitled to refuse the goods of good quality, having individually defined properties, if the specified goods can be used exclusively by the consumer purchasing it.

If the consumer refuses the goods, the seller must return to him the amount paid by the consumer under the contract, with the exception of the seller’s expenses for the delivery of the returned goods from the consumer, not later than thirty days from the date the consumer submits the relevant requirement (if necessary, an examination - within 40 days )

In case of exchange and return, the shipping cost is paid by the Client. If you have received defective goods or delivered to you not what was ordered, the cost of return is paid by the online store.

In the event of a dispute over the quality of the goods or the reasons for the occurrence of defects in the goods, the seller accepts the goods of inadequate quality from the buyer and conducts an examination. The buyer has the right to participate in the verification of the quality of the goods and challenge the conclusion of the examination in court.

In principle, the left picture is enough to make drawer Tandem full or partial extension with a door closer (Blumotion) or Tip-on (opening system by pressing on the facade), also all calculations can be applied to Movento. We brought the drawings from the official manufacturer's instructions - BLUM.

Tandem and Movento are brothers, Movento is a new generation of guides in which the Blumotion or Tip-on closer is already integrated (opening system by pressing on the facade). Movento is just a full extension.

For those who already installed Tandem, installing Movento will not present any difficulties, the only difference is that Movento is 1 mm higher than the Tandem. Tandem with Tip-on is also 1 mm higher (asterisk in the picture).

This 1 mm will not affect the design of the height of the rib of the box, its width or length even because 1 mm is an error in marking, cutting, and installation. The only thing is that it needs to be taken into account when marking and installing the guides on the wall of the housing (cabinet), but only if you make the installation drawing with dimensions and install on it. However, in practice, they are installed locally.

How to make a drawer, everything is simple, here's what you need to calculate:

2. The dimensions of the bottom of the box.

1. Sidewall treatment. The width of the bottom of the tandem drawer.

The box must have a protruding edge, the role of which is to close the guide, because Tandem are hidden guides. Also, the rib serves to fix the box on them. The thickness of the rib should be no more than 16 mm. Chipboard 16 mm is suitable. But since Since it is not very popular in Belarus, you can also use 18 mm chipboard, for this you will have to process it, (Fig. to the right)

Calculation of the width of the bottom.

Particleboard 16 mm: WIDTH OF BOTTOM = INTERNAL. HOUSING WIDTH - 42 mm.
 Particleboard 18 mm: WIDTH OF THE BOTTOM = INTERNAL. HOUSING WIDTH - 42 mm - 2 * X.
X - sampling depth in chipboard 18 mm.

Let's take an example.
Suppose we have a box with an internal width of 464 mm.
We use 18 mm chipboard. We make a selection of 4 mm.
Then the width of the bottom = 464 - 42 - 2 * 4 = 414 mm.

After assembly, everything should look like the image on the left.
 Pay attention to Bottom length.
BOTTOM LENGTH = GUIDE LENGTH - 10 mm.
Let's take an example.
Let's say we chose a 500 mm guide.
Then BOTTOM LENGTH = 500 - 10 = 490 mm.

Pay attention to the depth of the case!
For example, if we chose a guide of 500 mm, then the depth of the body = 500 + 3 = 503 mm.

Now you need to correctly calculate the height of the box.
Let's look at an example for Tandem:
Let's say we have a standard kitchen cabinet (cupboard), 720 mm high, made of 18 mm chipboard.
Then the internal height of the body will be = 720 - 36 = 684 mm.
We want to make 4 drawers in this case.
 Then the height of the box = (684 - 32.5 * 4) / 4 = 138.5 mm, round up to 138 mm.
You can complicate the task. We want the boxes to be of different heights.
For example, so that all but the bottom are 100 mm high.
The total height of the walls of the boxes = 138 * 4 = 552 mm.
Three drawers with a height of 100 mm - this is 300 mm.
Then the lower one will be 552 - 300 = 252 mm high.
I hope the idea is clear!

4. Installing locks on the drawer.

After the box is assembled, install the locks. Locks are used to fix the box on the tandem rails.

It's simple: tightly attach the lock between the rib and the facade and fix it on the screws.

By the way, the lock also provides height adjustment of the facade! (Wheel lock).

5. Holes in the back of the drawer.

Drill holes in the back of the drawer as shown. These holes serve for additional fixation of the drawer with a special pin, which is located at the end of the rails and allows you to also adjust the inclination of the facade.

How to install a drawer on tandem or movento rails.

Pay attention to the size 37 mm from the edge of the case to the 4th hole in the guide, it must be adhered to accurately! The left and right guide should be at the same level. By level we mean the same reading of dimensions relative to the case (cabinet). Pay attention to the correct position of the guides on one wall. The distance between the rails (third figure) must be selected so that there is a gap between the top of the box and the next rail not less than 7 mm!, and preferably more, we would recommend at least 20 mm.
Take this point into account when calculating the height of the box sides!
IN ALL OPENINGS TURNING THE SCREWS IS NOT REQUIRED AT ALL!
Many holes have been made so that in case of a drilling error it would be possible to re-drill the hole in another place! There are no recommendations how many to install self-tapping screws on the box. Use common sense! The heavier the box - the more screws!

How to install a drawer on tandem guides.

1. Extend the telescopic parts of the rails.
 2. Place the drawer on the rails.
3. Slide the drawer all the way.
Locks will automatically lock the drawer.

1. Attach the facade to the drawer. Mark the line on which the facade eccentrics will be installed, so that the eccentrics fall approximately in the middle of the box wall, this marking is quite arbitrary.
2. On the line, mark the holes for the eccentrics, approximately 50 mm from the edge of the facade.
3. Drill the holes for the eccentrics as shown.
4. Insert the cores into the hole by the front eccentric.
5. Attach the facade to the box assembled and installed in the housing and, with a light blow, mark the mounting positions on the box.
6. Drill according to the marking.
7. Secure the facade with a screw without tightening the screw to the end.
8. Adjust the position of the facade. The eccentric allows you to adjust the height / width - +/- 2 mm.
9. Tighten the screw fully.
